WORLD FLAVORS

Le Duc has four surprising veggie burgers in its range, inspired by world flavors. The Dutch Style Broccoli Cheese Burger is a crunchy vegetable burger filled with broccoli and melted cheese. The Italian Style Mozzarella Tomato Burger contains the perfect combination of mozzarella, tomato, and basil. The Mexican Style Bean Burger is made of beans, corn, and bell pepper and seasoned with a delicious Mexican spice mix. We are proud of this burger because it is completely vegan! Finally, our Asian Style Quinoa Burger is made from the superfood quinoa, onion, bell pepper, and curry powder. Four unique burgers that have one thing in common: they are filled with nature.

Vegetables
We select the vegetables for our veggie burgers for their quality, color, and taste. When the vegetables arrive at the factory, we check them again manually for any irregularities. In this way, we can guarantee that no bell pepper stalks end up in the burgers, for example. We incorporate the vegetables into the burger in chunks. This makes the burger look appetizing on the inside and gives it a nice bite. What's more, your guests can see exactly what they are eating!

Unique products
Many vegetarian burgers on the market try to get as close to the texture and taste of meat as possible. Most burgers are made from soy, with a lot of salt and additives to flavor the burgers. At Le Duc, we aim to make our products as tasty as possible with natural ingredients. Because our burgers are bursting with flavor, they are also delicious as a snack or chopped in a salad, for example. What makes our burgers different from other vegetable burgers is their pleasant texture and unique taste!

Process
We make the four veggie burgers in several steps. We start by mixing the IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) vegetables and other ingredients. Next, we shape this mix into burgers with a little help from a vegetarian binding agent. For the vegan Mexican Style Bean Burger, the binding agent is, of course, also vegan. Next, the veggie burgers are coated with a layer of breadcrumbs, after which they are briefly fried in sunflower oil. This pre-frying process ensures that the breadcrumb coating stays in place. As a result, the burger is also suitable for preparation in the oven, Airfryer and deep fryer, with a nice, firm, and crispy crust. What’s more, the preparation method is as quick as can be for you as well!
