12 Camembert Bites
1 baguette
1 bay leaf
1 clove of garlic
750 g white onions
1.5 l vegetable stock
25 g butter
4 tbsp flour
2 tbsp dried thyme
4 tsp sunflower oil
Preparation method
❶ Slice the onion into rings.
❷ Heat butter in a heavy bottomed pan and add the onions. Fry the onions over high heat for 5 minutes, then reduce the temperature and allow the onions to caramelize for another 20 minutes over medium heat.
❸ Preheat the oven to 200°C.
❹ Meanwhile, slice the baguette widthwise. Crush the garlic and put it in a bowl with the sunflower oil. Brush the baguette slices with the garlic oil and bake them for 10 minutes until golden brown.
❺ Once the onions are caramelized, add the flour to the pan. Stir well and add the vegetable stock, bay leaf and thyme to the pan after a minute or so. Leave the soup to simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
❻ Meanwhile, cook the Goat Cheese Bites for 10-12 minutes in a preheated oven at 225°C, 7 minutes in the Airfryer at 180°C or fry the bites for 3 minutes in the deep fryer at 175°C. Arrange the Camembert Bites on the garlic bread.
❼ Divide the soup between the plates and serve with the Camembert Bites sandwiches.

1 avocado
½ red cabbage, shredded
150 g canned sweetcorn
125 g sour cream
15 g cilantro

❶ Finely chop the coriander and coarsely chop the red cabbage and set aside. Drain the sweetcorn.
❷ Remove the pit and skin from the avocado and put the flesh in a food processor. Add the sour cream, half the cilantro and the juice and zest of a lime. Blend until you have a smooth sauce.
❸ Heat the tacos on both sides in a skillet.
❹ Prepare the Cream Cheese Jalapeños: heat them in a preheated oven at 225°C for 10-12 minutes, in the Airfryer at 180°C for 7 minutes or in the deep fryer at 175°C for 3-4 minutes.
❺ Put the tacos on the plates and divide the red cabbage, sweetcorn and Cream Cheese Jalapeños between them. Garnish the tacos with the remaining cilantro and serve with the avocado sauce.

❸ Thaw the filo pastry sheets and cut each sheet into 6 squares.
❹ Brush a muffin tin with oil and put a square into 10 muffin cavities. Press the squares into the cavities, brush with oil and put another square on top. Repeat this step four more times until you have used all the squares.
❺ Beat the cream cheese in a bowl until smooth and stir in the egg and stir-fried spinach.
❻ Divide the spinach mixture between the filo dough cups in the muffin tin and bake the cups in the oven for 18-20 minutes.
❼ Prepare the Goat Cheese Bites for 8-10 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C, 5-6 minutes in the Airfryer at 180°C or fry the bites for 2.5-3 minutes in the deep fryer at 175°C.
❽ Remove the spanakopita cups from the oven and put a Goat Cheese Bite on each cup.
