VEGGIE FRIES

Le Duc is always looking for new ways to help you surprise your guests with the tastiest creations. That is why we are continuously updating our product range. Our new Veggie Fries product range consists of crispy vegetable fries filled with tasty pieces of vegetables. The Veggie Fries come in 4 surprising flavors: Pumpkin & Sweet Potato, Broccoli & Potato & Cheese, Mashed Kale & Potato and Cauliflower & Potato.

Process
It goes without saying that vegetables take center stage in our Veggie Fries. This is reflected in the ingredients: Veggie Fries are completely filled with vegetables. We start by weighing the vegetables, before cutting and flavoring them with our unique Le Duc spice mix. Next, we turn the veggies into a dough that is shaped into bars in the molding machine. The texture of the vegetables is preserved, so that you can still taste pieces of broccoli, for example. This gives the product a pleasing bite. Next, we add a thin coating to turn the appetizers into a light, crispy, moreish snack. The Veggie Fries are then pre-fried, to minimize preparation time for you so that you can serve them quickly. You can heat this snack in the space of a few minutes in the oven, deep fryer or Airfryer.

For young and old
Veggie Fries are easy to eat because of their crispy texture, so they make for a good snack on the menu. They are also very suitable as a side dish, with a burger, for example. With their high vegetable content, you can serve your guests more vegetables in an inconspicuous way, and they are suitable for a broad range of guests. Not only as a vegetarian alternative, but also as a fun appetizer in many different colors. The Veggie Fries are also perfect for kids, because they can also eat more vegetables in between meals in a tasty and fun way.
