GOAT CHEESE BITES
Le Duc offers you veggie snacks to surprise your guests. One of these products are our Goat Cheese Bites, snacks made of goat cheese in a crispy coating. These bites are suitable for serving with drinks and in dishes that are fit in with the shared dining trend. We would like to tell you more about our Goat Cheese Bites, the production process and how you can use them to spoil your guests!
Cheese snacks
With the growing demand for vegetarian options on the menu, the range of cheese snacks has expanded rapidly. The vast majority of cheese snacks on the market are made from cow's milk. Le Duc has mozzarella sticks, camembert bites and snacks with cheddar and jalapeños in its range. The Goat Cheese Bites are unique because they are made with goat's cheese. This is why they have that intense, distinctive taste that you are used to from goat's cheese.

PROCESS
Needless to say, the production process of our Goat Cheese Bites starts with goat's cheese! The goat's cheese we use for our bites comes from the Netherlands and must meet various requirements. For starters, it should have the right texture: creamy and soft, but not so runny that it drips out of the bites. We use vegetarian rennet in our goat's cheese, so all your guests can enjoy these snacks. When the goat's cheese enters the Le Duc factory it needs no further processing so it goes straight into the molding machine. This machine shapes the goat cheese into discs, after which a 4-layer coating is applied. The coating of the Goat Cheese Bites is created with alternating layers of flour paste and a breading mixture with parsley. The bites are then pre-fried in sunflower oil, to create a deliciously crispy coating.
Preparation and serving
The Goat Cheese Bites are prepared in such a way that your preparation time is as short as possible, so that you can serve them quickly to your guests. You can reheat the bites in the oven, deep fryer or Airfryer. The bites are delicious with drinks, for example with honey as a dip. You could serve them with other vegetable and cheese snacks, for a surprising vegetarian appetizer for your guests to enjoy! They are also highly suitable for using in a salad, in a Greek salad or a goat's cheese salad with apple, walnuts and honey, for example.
